About the role

As a React developer at funhouse you will be responsible for the design and implementation of user interfaces (UIs) and UI components using React, a front-end JavaScript library. Develop and maintain UIs for our web and mobile apps. Must have high-level expertise using React and a deep understanding of all stages of the software development life cycle. As a ReactJs developer at Funhouse you’ll write, test, debug, and implement code to meet user requirements. Frontend React developers need to have good communication skills as you’ll work closely with our project managers, developers, testers, and web designers to create effective applications. They should have significant experience using JavaScript or Typescript, strong math skills, and a good working knowledge of debugging tools.

What you’ll need

• Possess at least a professional certificate, bachelor’s degree in
• Engineering (Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent)
• Able to communicate in English. Mandarin is added advantage (need to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients)
• At least 1-2 years experience in a related field.
• Experience in interacting with RESTful APIs
• Strong sense of User Experience (UX) best practices
• Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, Jquery
• Proficiency in writing in JavaScript ES6, web3, Reacts JS, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge in using Git

What you’ll be doing

• Code optimization and performance improvements.
• Proficiency in HTML5.
• Familiar with web forms and communicate with the backend API.
• Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance.
• Ensure cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility.
• Translate UX guidelines and design concepts into responsive high-performance web pages using ReactJS.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers in implementing advanced frontend interfaces for dApp & Gamify platforms.
